What if I told you, that you could buy a home for only $1500 down!! While it may seem far-fetched, I’m here to tell you it’s true and a definite reality. The program is based off a loan/grant that will lend you the money for the down-payment and closing costs. The $1500 that you put up will go towards any remaining costs that may remain throughout the transaction. You may be asking what’s the catch, and what are the requirements? Well lucky for you there are only 4 initial steps that are needed to get underway:

- You cannot have owned a home in the last 3 years

- You must earn less than $144k a year

- Must have a 660 Credit Score

DIVINE HOME PROGRAM
When it's time to buy your first home, surely some of the most daunting ideas that cross your mind are that you don't make enough to qualify, or your payment would be to high, or that it would take too much money to put down. Well let us help you put that notion to bed, and welcome you to the recently introduced Divine Home Program (DHP). Simply put, if you can verify employment and meet Credit guidelines then you are 2/3 of the way qualified!! Through the DHP, qualification requirements are made easy in order to help you get into the comfort of owning your first home. Ultimately, it comes down to 4 easy steps to start the home buying process:
1. Credit Requirements start at 580 FICO Credit Score
2. You must be able to Verify Employment
-The beauty of verifying employment through the DHP is that W-2s, Paystubs, and Tax Returns are NOT REQUIRED.
3. Only 5% down is necessary
- If you have a 680 Credit Score then the down-payment requirement is lowered to 3.5%!
