I just want to share my Personal story with fitness and how it changed my life forever, I use to be almost 400 pounds until I realized this was not the life for me, I knew I was meant for more but trapped in my own prison, until one day I said if I just Start and Never give up let see what happens, and every day I worked at my dream And everyone laughed and said you will never change and day by day pound by pound I saw changes in me and my body that one day lead to me losing 100 pound in a year and ever since then I have lost another 100 pounds for a total of 200 pounds I have lost and kept off for 5 years now and I want to share this amazing gift I have gave myself and want you to start with me so you can have this amazing experience as I did everyone transformation is different but you won’t know till you start! And that what I’m here for!
