✨ BREW TOUR RECAP ✨

Well, this past week I hosted my final brew tour of the year! We hit up Brewhalla & unfortunately I’m biased. You can bring the whole family + your furry friend to enjoy a shopping, coffee, food & beer so of course it ranks high for me. It wasn’t overly busy and they always have a wide variety on tap & if you’re not feeling it, they have n/an options as well! Although, Meg wouldn’t recommend the “static water” lol.

Oh - sidenote, thank you to everyone who made it to any of the stops this year! I love getting to know others better & enjoying a brew at the same time. I’m one lucky gal! ✨🍻

A few weeks ago I finally got to go check out Blyss Farm outside of Ada. The kids and I love picking flowers so it felt pretty natural for us to go do this & how wonderful to support another small business.

After the kids were done we spent a little time on the playground there! 10/10 would recommend to check it out! 🌸

Let me tell you about 414 2nd St NW, Barnesville. 🏡

This one required some navigation from the start - the Stall family wasn’t able to be around a whole lot so they gave me the reigns early on. They knew there were a few things around the house that needed attention and allowed me to help with that, anywhere from selecting new carpet to go in the home to scheduling HVAC.

The first few weeks of listing were quiet - this home didn’t come with a garage which I knew would be a sticking point for some. After our 3rd showing - we received an offer and everyone was over the moon. We heard this buyers story and just felt like it really aligned with the type of person that they wanted to have the home! We got through the inspection & then we hit an unfortunate bump in the road when our first accepted offer lost their financing. Even though the Stalls were already in a high stress situation outside of the home sale itself, they remained hopeful that the right offer was just around the corner. I called everyone who had been remotely interested & luckily we were able to get another offer relatively quickly. & now, that home has closed.

So here I am, sending a HUGE congrats to the Stall family on the sale of their home in Barnesville!!! I know how incredibly important this sale was for your family & I’m so grateful to have been chosen to list & sell your home. Thank you 100x over. ❤️
