A little real estate ➡️ a little more good in our community. 🐾❤️

Thanks to a couple of recent closings, we were able to purchase and donate some needed goodies to Homeward Animal Shelter — with my favorite little helper along for the delivery. 🥰

For those who don't know, through my Dogs & Real Estate program, every closing gives us a chance to give back. My buyers and sellers can choose to have an adoption fee reimbursed if they adopt a dog after closing, or have a donation made to an animal rescue. 🐶🏡

It's my way of combining two things I love — helping people on their real estate journey and helping animals find their next journey. ❤️

Okay, who needs 6 bedrooms in Moorhead?! 🙋‍♀️

This one has SO much space—6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and nearly 3,000 finished sq. ft. There’s an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, a theater room and wet bar downstairs, plus a great primary suite.

And honestly, the outside might be my favorite part—the wrap-around porch, big deck, fenced yard, and fire pit area. There’s also a heated garage with a ton of storage (and yes, even a motorized lift to the attic)

🏡 28 showings. 70 days on the market. Still no buyer. So… what are we missing?

This home is currently listed at $240,000, down from $250,000, and it has had:

• 28 private showings
• 4 open houses
• Plenty of people looking — but no one has decided it's the one.

The feedback we HAVE received has been pretty consistent:

🚿 There's only one bathroom
⬇️ The bathroom isn't on the main level
🛁 It has a stand-up shower instead of a bathtub

Beyond that? We really haven't received much consistent negative feedback.

So I want to hear from YOU.

If you were shopping around $240,000, what would make you pass on this house?

Price? Bathroom? Layout? Location? Something completely different?

Or are you looking at it thinking, “Wait… why HASN'T this sold?”

Apparently we’ve been sleeping on Chahinkapa Zoo. 😂🦁

We made the trip down to Wahpeton and honestly didn’t expect there to be SO much to see! Lions, zebras, a rhino… even reindeer. 😂 It was such a fun little family day and definitely worth the hour drive from Fargo-Moorhead!

One thing I love about living here is how many fun places there are to explore without having to plan a whole vacation.

And as your local Realtor, I’m here for more than just the houses. 🏡 I love sharing the places, businesses, and little adventures that make this area feel like home, too.

Now tell me — what other day trips within an hour or two of Fargo-Moorhead do we need to try?! 👀

Eeekk, what a great way to spend a Saturday!
