Matt brings over 20 years of experience in development and construction, currently serving as President of Brookstone Companies—one of the largest residential builders in the Fargo-Moorhead region. Under his leadership, Brookstone has developed more than 3 million square feet of residential and commercial space across the Upper Midwest, with current annual production nearing $40 million.
His expertise spans construction management, project financing, and portfolio-level strategy, supported by strong relationships with local vendors and contractors.
As a General Partner in Gro Fund III, Matt oversees ground-up development ex*****on and vertical integration, helping optimize cost basis and accelerate project stabilization.
