Some closings are just extra special.
Laura was pregnant with their first baby when I helped them buy this home… and now, with baby #2 on the way, I had the honor of helping them sell it.
They’re heading back to her hometown to farm with family and saying goodbye to the home they brought their first child home to wasn’t easy.
