I have met with, worked with, and got many first-time homebuyers into their dream homes. I just closed on a home yesterday and they were ecstatic!

One of the biggest myths I hear from first-time homebuyers is that you need 20% down to buy a home.
The truth is, many loan programs allow qualified buyers to purchase with much less, and there may even be down payment assistance programs available to help.

I’ve spoken with so many buyers who assumed they needed years to save before they could even think about buying a home. In many cases, they were surprised to learn they had more options than they realized.

Congratulations to my seller! In a multiple offer situation, we were able to accept an amazing offer for her home, $50,000 over asking, as she is relocating out of state.

I was able to advise and negotiate a deal that got her to closing. It wasn't about accepting the highest offer, but about accepting the best offer for her situation.

My client was nervous about her timeline to leave town, etc. I assured her that my team would make this a smooth transition. We aligned her with good people, we had everything handled while she settled into her new state and new home.
