Fun Fact!

Strawberries... aren't berries. 🍓

And neither are raspberries or blackberries.

They are actually called "aggregate fruits".
A berry has a requirement that it must come from a single o***y or flower.

Bananas on the other hand ARE berries. 🤯

Now why does this matter to you and me??

Because a simple misunderstanding of what someone does in their business can make people think that they do something COMPLETELY different. Maybe your business is a banana and people are in desperate need of a berry. The only problem is that they just don't know that bananas ARE berries.

Saw this on a friend's page and had to share!

Each year on Halloween, these people offer the neighborhood kids candy...
or a potato!

They say it's amazing how many kids choose the potato. lol

My thought is really this:
Is it possible that they choose the potato simply because it's different than what they are used to?

Maybe this is a hint for all of us to change up our marketing, sales, or business processes just a little to see if people are looking for something "different" as well.

Do you ever feel like your life is completely out of control?

Have you ever really looked at a compass and thought about what it does?

I mean obviously we all know what a compass is but what many people forget is that a compass DOES NOT show you where to go or which direction to travel.

It simply tells you which direction you are already going. 🗺

A compass is useless without an understanding of where you want to go.

So... Where do you want to be in few years?

FUN FACT!

Today marks 30 years since cell phones become widely available to the public.

Look how much has changed during that time.

As the parts got smaller, the phone got smaller... but then a shift occurred and people began wanting to use their phone for more and more things.

New features meant the size of the phone began to grow again.
I mean how else are they gonna cram 94 cameras into a phone for some reason?!

Now how do we wrap this into real estate?

Simple... markets change.
What people want in properties changes.
The laws and regulations change.

That's why I will always be a part of a real estate community that follows those trends, watches for those changes, and supports each other as we adapt to those changes.

Markets go up... markets go down.

Either way...Good investors will wind up on top.
