AVAILABLE, AFFORDABLE UNIT IN WEST HARTFORD

The Brace-Dale Housing Cooperative will have an AVAILABLE UNIT with 3 bedrooms ready for occupancy by APRIL 1, 2021. This unit would be wonderful for a family with children, and one street away from West Hartford Center.

The cost of the ‘3 bedrooms unit’ will be $875.00 a month. There is a down payment of $2,500.00. Utilities are NOT included. In order to qualify, the maximum income for a family of ‘3’ people is $73,920, a family of ‘4’ people is $82,020 and a family of ‘5’ is $88,720.

This housing cooperative was created to be affordable for people who are between low to middle income. In order to keep the fees down, members are responsible to do their share of the yard work as well as other maintenance duties.
