Breaking Ground in East Hartford!
We’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Commerce Center, a new 150-unit apartment community along the Connecticut River waterfront in East Hartford.
Developed by The Simon Konover Company in partnership with Eastpointe Ventures, the community will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, a 5,500-square-foot clubhouse, pool, dog park, and direct access to the riverfront trail system.
The project also includes the preservation of nearly 20 acres of conservation land, helping protect a portion of the riverfront for generations to come.
We’re excited to see this vision move forward and be part of a project that will contribute to the continued growth of East Hartford’s waterfront.
