I have experience in locating property lines, designing septic systems, creating topographical maps and surveys, coordinating with local governments, FEMA and Army Corps of Engineers for flood insurance through elevation certificates. And much more. Using my virtually endless resources I have at my disposal at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, I will help you throughout the entire process. I'll be with you at the beginning to discuss your intentions. I'll stick with you through the end, to help you with those tedious tasks like switching your utility accounts or even forwarding your mail.
