We lost. Councillor Fay was the only one who supported our position.

Chris Heneghan handed in our list of 500' abutment property deedholders 10 pages plus 44 Lawler handed in tonight. 34 lots were listed or 13.2% of the 500' abutment area. Of these 29 or 11% were deedholders of record so we were unable to trigger 20% of the 500' abutment homes. Remember that the east side is not built but is the border with the University of St. Joseph.

What is the average monthly rent?
1 bedroom $2,200 +/-
2 bedroom $3,000-$3,500

All 4 buildings are 5 stories.
