I've had this happen to clients of mine, and I hear it all the time from my peers - Buyers waiting for the market to change, and being hesitant to go all-in on the house they love. Both are common pitfalls Buyers can NOT afford to make in todays real estate climate.

If you want to buy a house, you should be ready to buy THE house when you see it. Otherwise, the market (which you cannot control) may get worse for your particular home search. Wait too long, and your position can get much more difficult.

And if you do find THE house, go all-in! The Seller wants the most they can get for their home, and the most aggressive offers will come out on top.
