If commercial real estate had a Mount Rushmore, this man would be on it. Bob Knakal | Chairman & CEO, BKREA is an icon in our industry and a legend for a reason. For someone who is such a wealth of knowledge, Bob is remarkably generous with it, so when he speaks, we listen! 🐐

Every once in a while, it’s important to stop moving long enough to appreciate the people you’re moving with.

Over the last year, we’ve done more than just business. We’ve built something really special…

A team that shows up for each other, celebrates each other’s wins as if they were their own, isn’t afraid to take risks, try new things, and build something different. Most importantly, a team that works incredibly hard but never loses sight of being good humans first.

In an industry where competition can sometimes outweigh collaboration, I’m reminded daily how lucky I am to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

We’ve got a long way to go and some big goals ahead, but if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that who you build with matters. Grateful for this team and to be surrounded by some of the best agents in this whole damn thing 💙

A little “thank you” to the heroes in an often thankless job. ❤️✏️📓

We carried on our annual tradition of treating faculty and staff today in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week.

If you know a teacher, take a moment this week to thank them, hug them, & celebrate them, cause I can guarantee they don’t hear it enough. Shoutout to all the real MVP’s out there: Our Educators!!!

Meet “The Holly.”

This ranch-style home was built with functional design in mind… open, intentional, and all on one level. Clean lines, natural flow, and just the right amount of luxury without overcomplicating it.

Think:
• Sun-filled living spaces that feel calm but elevated
• A layout that balances privacy + connection
• Design that works just as well for quiet mornings as it does for hosting

And the best part? It’s all set inside Evergreen Estates, a limited collection of just 12 homes in one of Southington’s most sought-after locations.

Only a handful of opportunities like this exist… and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
