Over the last year, we’ve done more than just business. We’ve built something really special…
A team that shows up for each other, celebrates each other’s wins as if they were their own, isn’t afraid to take risks, try new things, and build something different. Most importantly, a team that works incredibly hard but never loses sight of being good humans first.
In an industry where competition can sometimes outweigh collaboration, I’m reminded daily how lucky I am to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
We’ve got a long way to go and some big goals ahead, but if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that who you build with matters. Grateful for this team and to be surrounded by some of the best agents in this whole damn thing 💙
