Joyce Aparicio has been in the real estate industry for over 14 years in different aspects of Real Estate including, mortgages, property management, flipping, and sales. As of 2011, she enjoys working at Coldwell Banker as a full-time Realtor. Her work expertise includes servicing buyers, sellers, and landlords in residential and commercial real estate. Joyce is also a relocation specialist as well as an investment property specialist. Her dedication to clients and strong work ethic has helped her become a top producing Realtor as of 2013. One of Joyce's greatest strengths includes her strong negotiation skills and utilizing the current technology and resources Coldwell Banker has to offer. She is in the top 3% of Realtors internationally at Coldwell Banker and also ranked multiple times in REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents. Additionally, Joyce earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, as an Honor's Scholar and she is currently taking classes towards her MBA. Having grown up in West Hartford, she enjoys participating and supporting several local organizations in her hometown and surrounding towns. She fulfills her passion to volunteer and give back to the community. She was a board member of Montessori School of Greater Hartford when her son previously attended and she is now very involved at her son's current school with the Parent Association at Renbrook School. During her free time, Joyce has fun practicing yoga and taking salsa lessons. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is learning Russian!
