❄️WINTER SELLING TIPS❄️
Selling your home in the winter comes with a few different challenges, and I’m here to overcome these obstacles to get your house SOLD!
1.) Turn the heat up and make your home cozy!
2.) Make lighting a priority- open blinds/curtains and even keep your lights on during the day!
3.) Shovel, salt, and sand pathways- make it easy for buyer to walk on patios and decks!
4.) Clean Everything!! Regardless of the season this is important. During the winter the light is harsher which will show those dusty corners. Also, we’re home more in the winter months, which makes cleaning that much more important!
Failing to do any of these seasonal prep tips is one of the biggest winter home selling mistakes. With some forethought on temperature, lighting, cleanliness, and accessibility you can make any buyer feel at home! 🏠🙌 ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
