The Connecticut Apartment Association (CTAA) is a local affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA) working with industry professionals to educate, advocate, and communicate. The CTAA seeks to monitor and lead state legislative efforts, offer educational and networking sessions, distribute informational newsletters and magazines, and create networking opportunities for its members. The o
rganization is comprised of owners and managers of multifamily rental properties and other individuals who provide services related to the multifamily housing industry. The goals and objectives of the CTAA are designed to advance and advocate for the apartment industry in Connecticut. CTAA represents the interests of the Connecticut apartment industry before the Connecticut General Assembly and other regulatory agencies through the services of a highly-skilled lobbying team. CTAA is committed to providing seminars and other educational opportunities that enhance and promote professions related to the multifamily housing industry such as maintenance, leasing and management. We offer several different educational seminars and networking events throughout the year. CTAA enables its members to share best practices, pertinent experiences and advance their careers and interests. CTAA member’s interests are served on a national level through our affiliation with the National Apartment Association (NAA). As a member of the CTAA you also automatically become a member of the NAA. Each online course is worth Continuing Education Credits (CECs) that can be used towards NAAEI designations.
