My buyer just closed on this beautiful penthouse at The Desmond in West Hollywood — and we were able to negotiate a $25,000 price reduction during escrow.

We opened escrow at the full asking price of $995,000, but after completing our due diligence, I went back to the seller and successfully negotiated the purchase price down to $970,000.

That's $25,000 back in my buyer's pocket. 💰

Another great example of why having strong representation matters — even after you've negotiated the accepted offer, there can still be opportunities to improve the deal.
