Dear Real Estate Family,

Many you have seen on the local news that a bicycle rider was hit and killed in Griffith Park last Saturday, April 16th, by a drunk, hit and run, driver. Many of you knew Andy Jelmert, a member of our real estate community for many years, and a former part of our CB family, most recently with Deasy Penner Podley. Andy was finishing up a sixty-seven mile AIDS LifeCycle training ride when he was struck by the drunk driver and died at the scene. Andre, Andy's partner, is asking that any of you with special memories of Andy, share those memories with him. I would be happy to forward those to him, just contact me separately. Andre is looking to continue his charitable work and ride in Andy's place to raise funds for the AIDS LifeCycle charities.
