Originally listed at $500 Million... The home sits in Bel-Air, overlooking the city of Los Angeles. The property was on the market for some time with no buyers before it was de-listed. Since that time, debts and due-payments for the construction of the home have grown.
It has been re-listed at $295 Million for a last chance at selling before it is forced to auction Feb 28th.
