The 2022 VA Home Loan limits have been released! The limits for Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventury counties are in the graphic attached to this post. If you need the limits for other counties across the nation, contact me, and I can send you the information.

Remember Veterans, you CAN use your V.A. Home Loan benefit to purchase multi-family residences. You can live in one of the units and rent the other/s out to tenants. Or you can rent all of the units out to tenants.

Also remember, you can use your V.A. Home Loan benefit more than once! All you have to do is convert the V.A. secured loan, to a conventional loan. This is a great tool for building generational wealth!

VA Home Loan program, 2018 county loan limits have been released. For Los Angeles county AND Orange County, the loan limts are...

Single Family Home $679,650
Two Unit Duplex $870,225
Three Unit Triplex $1,051,875
Four Unit Quad $1,307,175

If you didn't know, YES, you CAN buy investment multi-family property with the VA Loan!

Also, the VA Loan offers Veterans the opportunity to purchase real estate with NO MONEY DOWN ($0).

Great news for Veterans who are hitting the books and have obtained student loans from the U.S Govt. to do so. If the Veteran is also seeking to purchase a home, using the VA Home Loan benefit, student loan payments deferred for at least 12 months after the date the VA Home Loan is disbursed, the student loan payments won't count in debt to income ratio calculations!

New VA Home Loan Limits released for 2017. For Los Angeles County, the 2017 limit is up almost $11,000 from 2016 to $636,150! That can buy you a great home here in Los Angeles.

You can spend up to $1,223,475 on a four plex, with ZERO down payment, and ZERO private mortgage insurance! Why not become a landlord and earn the rental income, as opposed to renting!
