With the low inventory of homes for sale and not likely that inventory will increase enough for the spring market, home prices have not declined as earlier predicted by the experts when they were predicting a housing crash.

In fact home prices are increasing in some parts of the country.

In the current market place I am primarily working with real estate investors who are the primary buyers right now in the market place since the higher interest rates have priced most retail buyers out of the market. As a result home prices have started to decline which is an ideal market place for investors. I have experience working with investors in acquiring properties and successfully closing deals whether for flipping homes or for wholesaling.
