Almost at the midpoint in my info series folks. So just a few more funny freeze faces at the start of the videos to go. LOL! This is #20 "Common Issues in Rural Land Deals in NC". This one for sure could have a subtitle like "THESE THINGS ARE AVOIDABLE!!!!". Anyway, if you are looking to purchase land or home I hope these help. When my clients come in and they are informed it is easier for them to process strategy talks and the underlying whys. They always get a better result.
