🏡 Buying a home is about more than finding a house you love.

If you have children or you're planning to grow your family, the school district should be one of the things you consider before making an offer.

School boundaries can play a big role in where your children attend school, and they aren't always as simple as looking at the city or ZIP code. Utah also has open-enrollment options, but availability depends on the individual school and its capacity.

My advice? Don't wait until you've fallen in love with the house to check the schools.

When you're narrowing down neighborhoods, look at the assigned schools, commute, nearby amenities, and what the area will look like for your family—not just what works for you today.
