Yesterday I had the opportunity to walk through this $18,000,000 home in Park City. Although I wouldn’t say the home was extraordinary, I would say the value is to live in a community surrounded by other people you can network with to build your wealth. Who else got their 2024 Notice of Property Valuations & Tax Changes and noticed the HUGE value increase from last year to this year??

I'm not sure about you, but the proposed value for our home is HIGHER than anything on the market right now. INSANE!

Don't get me wrong, I'm in real estate and I love seeing our property values increase year over year as a homeowner—EXCEPT when it comes to our property taxes 💸💸💸.

Typically, our tax evaluations are pretty low, but NOT THIS YEAR. My proposed value was over $30,000 HIGHER than last year, and with that kind of growth in just 365 days it is crazier than COVID times when you had to sell your firstborn child and dog to get into a home 🤯.

I will be exercising my right to appeal. If you don't know how to do that and would like help or more information, shoot me a DM.
