Attention all other Utah builders - ya’ll should be making it a standard practice to include a walkout basement. Or at the very least have it be an option. Also, in my professional opinion, builders should always include plumbing for a basement kitchen and laundry. On a recent new construction spec sheet plumbing for a kitchen was an extra $960. 🤯
