The median price of a single-family home on the Wasatch Front rose to $573,000 in the first quarter, up from $568,000 a year ago, according to UtahRealEstate.com. Salt Lake City’s Glendale neighborhood remained the most affordable area, with a median price under $380,000. On the other end of the spectrum, Alpine ranked as the priciest, with a median home price of $1.4 million.
