Construction at continues to move full speed ahead. The building’s exoskeleton is now approximately 80% complete, and installation of the floor-to-ceiling glass is already 50% complete. Interior framing and MEP rough-ins are also actively underway as the residences continue taking shape from the inside out.

This week, we will begin exterior stucco work, another major milestone as ELLA’s distinctive design continues to come to life in North Beach.
