That’s a wrap! This townhomes project which started 4/1/2019, 6 buildings a basketball court and a gazebo later it is now complete.

Building 4 is coming along! Exterior is almost a wrap and all units have drywall! Paint and floors starting soon!

All sales on building 5 are now closed! We are sold out! Building 6 sales will open later this year with expected completion early to mid summer 2022. Stay tuned if you are interested in our last four units we have in this development!

Building four is going strong! Sewers in, Carpenters are killing it, and the site is clean! This building is sold out! We have a couple units left in building 5, which we will be starting late July! Give us a shout and reserve your new town home now!

Ok folks! A little update on building 412. We dug footings today, and we have SOlD all 4 units in this building. Stay tuned as we get going on this building and we will update you very soon on when sales will open for the next building. Units 1 and 2 of building 404 are complete! These turned out great! Don’t mind the missing microwave /hood part and loaner fridge. COVID strikes again on appliances! We welcome these folks home Friday!

COVID has made this one of the most challenging projects we have ever completed, from material price changes to creative labor solutions we have made it halfway to the finish line with two units being complete and two more finishing very soon. We are so very thankful for our in house team and all of our subcontractors for working so hard and safe to complete this project.
