We still have two 2br/1ba townhouse units for rent at $740.00 per month. Rent includes water, trash, and sewage. Units use both electricity and gas. Sorry but we are NOT pet friendly. (Service/Assistance animals honored).

Lafayette Mills is a part of the Affordable Housing Industry meaning your household must be under the maximum income cap for the household size. Rents are FIXED, NO SLIDING FEE SCALE.
