Forecasts are showing the potential for severe thunderstorms and strong winds tomorrow! Please take a few moments today or tomorrow morning to secure any outdoor furniture, decorations, plants, or other loose items around your home!

If you experience a maintenance issue, please remember:
• Submit all non-emergency work orders through the resident portal.
• For emergencies, call the emergency maintenance line!

If you do not have the emergency maintenance number handy, we are sending out an email shortly with more information and the emergency maintenance number. You can also contact our office tomorrow to ensure you have it handy in case you need it!

A friendly reminder that setting your thermostat too low won't cool your home any faster. On very hot days, your A/C may only be able to cool about 20° below the outdoor temperature. Setting it too low could potentially cause the system to freeze up and work less efficiently.

If you have any concerns about your A/C, please let us know by submitting a maintenance request. Stay cool and hydrated! 😎
