We are looking for three (3) hard-working individuals to join our winning team. Your must have general knowledge of all aspects of property repairs and maintenance. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is important not necessary.
Your must be able to work in demanding work environment, job duties include but not limited to:
• Property rehab
o Sheetrock installs
o Painting
o Floor Installation
o Landscape work
o Siding
o Roofing
o Etc.
• Handy-man work
o Taking care of property maintenance request from tenants
There is a potential to learn, grow and make more $$$ for right individuals.
The applicant(s) must be a go-getter, not lazy and willing to learn.
For an interview, please be ready to provide your past experiences, past projects, and past employment history. Resume is nice to have not required
$8 - $46/Hr. Depending on Experience. Slacker need not apply.
