🔸There are 369 COMING SOON/ ACTIVE listings in the MLS today 🤩 which INCREASED from 366 listings last week.
🔸There are 480 PENDING listings in the MLS today which DECREASED from 491 listings last week.
🔸The average number of days on market for a listing in Berks County in March was 32 days.
🔸 The median sold price in March was $290,000.

The number of homes sold in Berks County for March was 277, an increase from 222 homes in February.

There were 477 homes listed in March which INCREASED from 281 homes listed in February.
