For only the second time in more than 35 years, we are excited to announce Crawford Inspection Services has a new owner! As of April 1st, Drake Wimberly has acquired the company and will be guiding all of your inspection needs moving forward. Matt Fellman, the previous owner of Crawford Inspections, will remain with the company as a consultant and perform inspections here in Oregon to ensure continuity with our clients.

We anticipate little to no change in our day-to-day operations as Drake and Matt have been working closely together for the last 5+ years and will continue to do so into the future. 

We'd like to thank all of our great clients who have helped us be successful over all of these years. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to working with you all soon.

Well we don’t see this very often.

This water heater has black steel pipe installed at the hot and cold water pipes. This was written up for repair as black steel pipe is not suitable for water transport due to a lack of coating that protects from corrosion.

Before the inspection the client told us: “The water heater was recently replaced so I’m not worried about it.”

Just a reminder to hire qualified professionals for your home repairs.
