Job Title: Live-In Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Live-In Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our property. This position includes on-site housing and requires prompt response to maintenance requests, preventative upkeep, and general property care.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Handle emergency maintenance calls after hours when necessary
• Keep accurate records of work orders and repairs

Qualifications:
• Previous maintenance experience required (apartment, residential, or commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

Live-In Requirements:
• Must reside on-site in provided housing
• Availability for after-hours or emergency maintenance calls
• Maintain professional conduct as an on-site representative of the property

Work Schedule:
• Standard hours
Monday – Friday
8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• On-call for emergencies as needed
