🚨Long post warning 🚨This one was a challenge to say the least! We started this journey back in November and while historically the winter market usually slows down, this past winter market was the total opposite! Add the lack of inventory, the crazy buyer competition, and a home sale contingency and you could potentially be taking yourself out of the game before you even step out on the field. Luckily we found the house that checked all the boxes and we successfully got an accepted offer WITH a home sale contingency. Now cue literally every single thing that could go wrong… I mean seller delays, inspection concerns, burst pipes, flooding, my client nearly being homeless, more seller delays… should I keep going on? I truly commend my buyer for sticking this one out but she did and she officially closed on her second home! I am so proud of you and I can’t wait to watch you transform this house into a home 🏡
