FYI - Home buyers .
August 17 2024 - as of this date - You will have to sign a buyers agency agreement to enter any listed home in America .
This agreement stands to have you stay with 1 agent for the buying process . Please note that you can sign this agreement and put any length that you would like ( 1 day or 6 months or longer ) I would highly recommend you get to know your agent before committing for a long period . I personally will only be asking for 1 day at a time ( 1 showing or 1 day ) - The length of the contract will be completely up to the client.
