You may have noticed that this page recently changed from **Shelly Witherington, REALTOR®** to **The Good News Group**—and I wanted to officially explain why!

For years, many of you have known and worked directly with me, and that isn’t changing. I’ll still be the primary voice you hear from, the one creating the marketing, answering your real estate questions, and walking alongside our buyers and sellers.

But behind the scenes, my husband, **Bo Witherington**, has been an important part of both my life and my business for a long time. Bo is also a REALTOR®, and together we are **The Good News Group at Vanguard Realty**.

We each bring different strengths to the table. I remain focused on client relationships, marketing, pricing, negotiations, and helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. Bo brings valuable support through transaction coordination, operations, negotiations, & land expertise, but also working with buyers & sellers.

So while the name of the page has changed, the heart behind it has not. This is still the same page, the same honest guidance, and the same personal service—now with both of us standing together under the name that represents our shared business and values.
