I am not one to post much on accomplishments but being a Realtor, if I don’t shake my tail feathers 🦚 now and then and let you know what I’m up to, I’ll be forgotten about.
There are around 800 Realtors in our little area. Most of us work together and have a fabulous time helping our clients and each other.
With that said, there’s also lots of competition and lots of amazing Realtors who are more present in community things like ball games, church, going out in groups and so forth. I am not that Realtor.
I am also not the Realtor that will steal a client or constantly pester homeowners to do business with me. I’m not besties with any lenders, but love knowing that my go-to’s will take care of my clients on the lending side.
Yes you get more business and referrals that way and nothing wrong with it so to each his own. That’s just not how I operate. I’m a one woman show. 🧚🏼🪄
I spend almost all of my time alone working from home and it’s rare for me to hang out with others. When I close a transaction, I normally don’t post pictures bc it feels weird to me to do it unless the client asks or I am close to them so again, out of sight out of mind.
However, when it comes to business and serving your real estate needs, I have you covered. 🏡
I am not only a Realtor. I am a landlord, a property manager and an Airbnb owner and Superhost.
Since we took the Airbnb adventure, I am proud to say that I have quickly and consistently maintained the Status of Superhost and have managed to maintain a perfect score rating from all of our amazing guests.
Of course that can all change quickly but I pride myself on providing the best service I possibly can at all times in every aspect of real estate.
I love my faithful clients, tenants and Airbnb guests and plan to be around for the long haul.
