Reasons you should list with a Realtor rather than FSBO:

1. PRICING: Homeowners often over price their home and drive away potential buyers. An experienced real estate professional can provide you with an accurate home value based on hard data, such as current sales in your area. A home that is accurately priced will receive much more traffic.
2. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Another mistake FSBO's make is taking their own photos. At THLT, we provide professional photographs of your home. We have other services available such as Matterport (virtual tours) and drone footage which is great for larger properties. Almost 100% of buyers use online search tools to look for a home. The photographs they see are their first impression of your home. Let's make it a GREAT first impression!
3. ATTRACTING PREAPPROVED BUYERS: One of the most common things I hear from FSBO's when they decide to list with me is how many people wasted their time that were not preapproved to purchase a home. When working with real estate professionals, our buyers are typically preapproved and ready to make an offer. As your listing agent, I can ensure that all offers received are from only preapproved buyers!
