A little late to post, but this whole transaction was definitely one for the books!! This journey surely was a challenging one, with many moments of uncertainty (due to no fault of our own)- A few times we were even told, “You are going to have to let this one go”.
My client worked incredibly hard to achieve her dream of homeownership, and I was determined to do everything possible to keep this on track for her and her family who I care for so much. “Letting it go” was not an option. It would mean the world to me for anyone who wanted to help one of the best families I know remember their son, brother, and friend. Losing anyone is hard, and memorials like these hold such an incredible weight to the people who are going through something so tough.

For any home my buyers consider, we always look at how old the heating/cooling systems and appliances are. This seems like a wonderful way to save money, while also adding huge value to your home.
