Loon Cove Retreat A lovely lake front home on Balch Lake in Maine. Come vacation at this cozy lake house in a quiet loon cove on beautiful Balch Lake.

There is an open concept living-dining-kitchen area plus two Queen bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. Downstairs is fully finished with a large family room and another bedroom with a Queen bed and ½ bath. There are two twins with trundles and futon in downstairs living area. You'll have a beautiful view of the lake from almost any vantage point in the home. You are just a few steps down t

o a spacious open deck and dock with lots of seating/umbrellas right on the lake. Fishing off the dock and a quiet cove away from boat traffic for young swimmers, paddlers and floaters! Shallow sandy entry area with steps for lake access. Amenities include beach towels, washer/dryer, microwave/toaster/toaster oven, Keurig , gas and solo stove fire pits, gas grills, canoe, kayak, SUPs, lilly pad, central air/heat, high speed internet, PS4, TV in both common living spaces with streaming. Walking distance to lake Marina. Close to many attractions, shopping, and dining.

2 hours from Boston. 25 minutes from Wolfeboro, 55 minutes from North Conway, one hour to Portland. Motorboat not included, but there is space to bring your own boat.

We have done a lot of updates this year!
-all new Adirondack chairs
-reconfiguration of closets to make more functional and addition of linen closet.
-removal of half wall in living room, so much more space!
-upgrades to kitchen supplies and all new lamps.
-new bedroom Berber carpet.
- new canoe and paddle board
-AND new decking on the side deck is underway!
