Loon Cove Retreat A lovely lake front home on Balch Lake in Maine. Come vacation at this cozy lake house in a quiet loon cove on beautiful Balch Lake.

There is an open concept living-dining-kitchen area plus two Queen bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. Downstairs is fully finished with a large family room and another bedroom with a Queen bed and ½ bath. There are two twins with trundles and futon in downstairs living area. You'll have a beautiful view of the lake from almost any vantage point in the home. You are just a few steps down to a spacious open deck and dock with lots of seating/umbrellas right on the lake. Fishing off the dock and a quiet cove away from boat traffic for young swimmers, paddlers and floaters! Shallow sandy entry area with steps for lake access. Amenities include beach towels, washer/dryer, microwave/toaster/toaster oven, Keurig , gas and solo stove fire pits, gas grills, canoe, kayak, SUPs, lilly pad, central air/heat, high speed internet, PS4, TV in both common living spaces with streaming. Walking distance to lake Marina. Close to many attractions, shopping, and dining.

2 hours from Boston. 25 minutes from Wolfeboro, 55 minutes from North Conway, one hour to Portland. Motorboat not included, but there is space to bring your own boat.

So it turns out, after all this time, I find out we are in pickerel cove, not loon cove! Should I change the name? 😬

Better flow in the living room with a sectional and furniture rearrange.
The new lily pad and dock are ready for the summer guests!
