Happy birthday baby bear 🐻 I can’t believe you’re 8 today! From the moment you arrived in this world, we had an instant connection. I enjoyed every moment with you.

Your determination is so impressive. Even during this entire year, we had so many challenges but you never gave up! You’re the hardest working little girl. You love 🦖, baby dolls, running, swimming, 🏈 learning about the presidents, and your family.

Your brother has loved you from the moment he set eyes on you. You got daddy wrapped around your finger. Ozzy 🐶 loves your hugs and belly rubs.
And, we couldn’t be more proud of YOU!

Over a year ago, I met my awesome clients through IG! Their experience as first time buyers in a pandemic, was the true definition of a real estate roller coaster 🎢 ride, with many ups ⬆️ and downs ⬇️ but, we got through this together. Their smiles makes everything I do, worth it. Thank you, for guiding.

12 years ago, I was introduced to by a friend when my husband and I were struggling to get pregnant. I’m so grateful to for the introduction and to for helping us through our fertility journey! It’s pretty crazy to think that 12 years ago fertility issues were kept private, I feel now, it’s talked about so much more. It’s pretty amazing!

What I learned about my mama when I became a mom:

❤️That she didn’t like shrimp. I always thought she did but she served them because we liked them.

❤️She would take a nightly bath 🛀 because it was her 5min escape. And, now when I get into the bath, and my daughter comes in, I appreciate my mom even more because she never said, I need to have this time alone.

❤️She did in fact cry, but she did it in the shower 🚿 Man, being a mom can be so tough on the heart at times. I literally never saw my mom cry growing up, and when I became a mom, I asked my mom how she kept it all together. Then she shared she would cry in the shower so no one saw her.

❤️My mom, is my best friend and hero. Our text thread this morning, she’s always got me beat. When I say, her famous line, I love you more, she trumps me and says, she loved me first ;)

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers out there, who put their love for family first. I admire you all so much. I personally have had such a year, as many of you did too, managing work, virtual learning, and it isn’t easy, always holding it together but, we muster up and push forward as we always do for our children.

I am so grateful for my clients who entrusted me on selling their home. From the start, they were all in, and listened to all the suggestions made. They worked hard on prepping their home. We strategically planned when to list their property as they were purchasing a new construction home and even signed the listing paperwork and got photos done months before listing. We sold their home in 11 days (we did a coming soon, which worked on drumming up activity) and we had multiple offers.

Thrilled to see my clients move into their dream home, which by the way is fabulous.

A few weeks back, my clients felt disappointment after backing out of a deal, because the home had major issues found during the home inspections(structural issues, a found unground oil tank, and other issues.) By chance, the day we officially backed out, this new listing came onto the market. We booked an appointment for the first day of showings, which also happened to be an open house. As I walked up to the property, I could see the long line of people awaiting to go inside. The home was owner occupied and had tenants in the upstairs unit. Those tenants no longer wanted to allow people to see their unit. My clients and I weren’t there long but, we all loved so many things about this home.

As we stood outside on the front lawn, my client said, he’ll “throw his hat into the ring” and we worked up a plan for our offer.

I was beyond thrilled when the listing agent called. In fact, I was stunned and began jumping up and down in excitement that I tweeted my neck. Lol 😂

Today, is a special day. Congratulations to my patient clients.

I truly believe when one door 🚪 closes, another one opens! Do you agree?

Happy birthday to the best mama and baba in the 🌍world!!!
I’m so lucky to have you by my side, you are not only my mom but, you’re my best friend too! I always try my hardest to be as good as you, but the truth is, you dominate on all fronts. You love like no one else. You claim you’re not competitive but, we all know you are ;) You’re in your glory when you’re surrounded by your family, and your ability to see the positive in every situation, is so inspiring.
