✨ Closing Success at 16054 Rain Lilly Way! ✨
What an incredible journey to the finish line right before the new year! I had the privilege of representing both the buyer and the seller in this unique and rewarding transaction in Westlake.
🏡 A Unique Deal:
This wasn’t just a typical sale—it was a tricky process with lots of moving parts. My buyer not only sold their home (which I also listed!) but decided to purchase my seller’s property and assume their VA loan, securing an incredibly low rate. The VA assumption process took over 45 days, but it was absolutely worth it.
🚔 A Police Officer & Veteran Connection:
Both my buyer and seller are not only police officers but also Veterans, making this transaction even more meaningful. Helping those who have served our country and continue to serve our community is an honor I never take lightly.
🎉 Double Closing Day:
On the same day as this closing, my seller also closed on their stunning brand-new townhome in Stuart, Florida. A big win all around!
This deal had its challenges, but seeing both parties so thrilled with the outcome reminds me why I love what I do. Whether it’s navigating VA loans, coordinating multiple transactions, or just making dreams come true—every step is worth it!
