These wonderful brothers reached out to me, after I helped their amazing mother purchase this single family villa, and sell her waterfront condo 2 1/2 years ago. They wanted me to list their mothers home, after the unfortunate loss of an amazing woman. In this business you meet such truly incredible people, and Lynda was one of them. The best part is, i made such a wonderful impact/impression with the family when i helped her originally - that they called me to sell it for them when she passed away. I can’t express how much my clients mean to me, and when I found out the news, it hit me. Life is truly so precious & short, so be your authentic self, and you will succeed in ways you never knew. I can’t explain how excited I was to hear their gorgeous new home in Palm Bay was finished a month early! These past clients are nothing but the most humble people in the world. 2 years ago I sold their other home, and here we are, closing on their brand new construction home setting their roots down in Palm Bay. I can write a BOOK about everything we have been going through, but I’ll save that for later 😅 seriously though, you guys did the damn thing! We got you $42,000 UNDER what it appraised for - PLUS over $20,000 in credits from the seller AND A BRAND NEW ROOF 🎉. This sale is so special to me, as I literally grew up with Nick so we’ve basically known each other since we were tiny kids! & I have known his fiancé since they’ve been together. I can’t even express how happy this makes me for them! They have the most biggest hearts & it has truly been a journey but I can’t express how thankful I am for them choosing me to be their agent.
