Susan Brown - West Palm Beach Real Estate

Susan Brown - West Palm Beach Real Estate Since 1988 Susan Brown has been known as the agent that HUSTLES! and ALWAYS being available to her clients.

Born and raised in a family immersed in real estate construction and sales, Susan Brown has successfully tailored her knowledge and services to accomplish the goals of her clients in numerous regions across the country since 1988. Utilizing her extensive skills, Susan facilitates the buying, selling, and rental of homes, handling everything from new construction and staging to remodeling and long-

term rentals. At just 18 years old, Susan became the youngest person to receive an Indiana real estate license, solidifying her course as a successful realtor while continuing to procure notable rewards and significant recognition throughout her ongoing illustrious career; including making the list of America’s top 1.5% of real estate professionals in 2020, along with Top 500, Hall of Fame, Top 100, Platinum Club, National Hall of Fame, and Listing and Sales Agent of the Year awards, affirming Susan's one-a-kind reputation in the industry. Desiring to escape Indiana's frigid winter months, Susan had shifted her client base and relocated to South Padre Island, Texas, early-on in 2001. After a brief semi-retired period, Susan jumped back into action in 2004, working with a new golf course development. Missing her full-time real estate career, Susan secured her Texas Realtor License in 2006 and quickly earned the title as the area's top-performing agent. While 2020 initiated global changes and challenged the real estate industry to adapt, Susan took this opportunity to innovate and evolve her business procedures, incorporating virtual tours, face-to-face video conferencing, e-signatures for listing or purchasing forms, mail-in closing documents, and more. This transformation made transactions convenient for clients and allowed Susan to expand her services beyond Texas to include Florida as well. With coastal living, warm year-round weather, and interests spanning quaint resort islands and the bustling east coast, Susan enjoys the best of both worlds. Through her commitment to continuing education, Susan stays abreast of legal and technological changes in the real estate industry, ensuring that she remains poised to expertly serve her clients in either jurisdiction, flying wherever needed. With all of that said, perhaps it goes without saying that Susan's outstanding organizational skills, relentless work ethic and unwavering commitment to providing the best service to her clients is just a small part of what makes her such a special person to not only get to know in both the local and greater real estate community, but to also have your back in any real estate transaction. So if you ever find yourself contemplating selling or buying, you can rest assured that you’re not only Hiring the Agent that Hustles!, but moreover one that sets the bar high for a standard of service that is second to none. A standard that puts Susan Brown in a league of her own as your number one go-to agent for all things real estate!

Ocean Row | Singer Island - Residence #5 Two-Story Oceanfront Living, Reimagined. A rare opportunity to own within Ocean Row, a private collection of just ten two-story residences set along the oceanfront grounds of Singer Island. Designed to live like a home rather than a traditional condominium, Residence #5 offers over 2,600 square feet of fully renovated living space with direct garage entry and no elevator access required. Completed in 2023, the residence has been thoughtfully reimagined with a clean, modern aesthetic and high-end finishes throughout. The designer kitchen anchors the main living space, featuring custom driftwood cabinetry, quartz countertops, under-cabinet lighting, and a full suite of new appliances, ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.

The thoughtful two-story layout creates a natural separation between living and private spaces. The upper-level primary suite offers a true retreat, complete with dual bathrooms, four walk-in closets, a private balcony, and an expansive additional storage closet, thoughtfully integrated to enhance functionality without compromising design. Two guest suites on the main level each feature their own respective bathrooms and private patio retreats, creating quiet, separate outdoor spaces ideal for visitors or extended stays. A well-appointed laundry room on the main level adds everyday convenience, complete with a full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and custom cabinetry, designed with both form and function in mind. A flexible bonus space, currently configured with custom closets, offers the option for a private office, dressing room, or additional storage. Additional upgrades include new porcelain tile flooring, updated interior doors and baseboards, a redesigned stairwell, motorized rechargeable window treatments, and major system improvements including a new A/C, air handler, electric water heater, and a water softener system for enhanced water quality and long-term efficiency. All completed in 2023. What truly sets this residence apart is its unique dual-access lifestyle. Enter privately through your attached garage into the residence, or step through the interior foyer's opposite entrance, which opens directly to the expansive pool deck and resort amenities, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow rarely found in oceanfront properties. The community is currently anticipating the completion of a full modernization project, including a complete redesign of the expansive pool deck. The vision reflects the same refined, contemporary coastal aesthetic seen at The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis, with curated lounging areas, upscale furnishings, louvered cabanas, and dedicated barbecue spaces designed for relaxed, elevated outdoor living. Positioned on oceanfront grounds with private beach access just steps away, residents enjoy a full suite of resort-style amenities designed to elevate everyday living. The newly envisioned pool deck will feature two distinct pool experiences, including an adult-only pool and a separate family-friendly pool, along with a whirlpool bath, fire pit lounges, outdoor showers, and curated gathering spaces with upscale furnishings and louvered cabanas. An on-site full-service restaurant offers both dining and bar seating, while tennis and pickleball courts and two fully equipped fitness facilities provide the convenience of a private, on-site gym experience. Gated security completes the community. On the beach, dedicated service provides chairs and umbrellas set up daily, allowing owners to arrive and relax without the effort, adding to the seamless, resort-style lifestyle Ocean Row is known for. Unlike traditional high-rise living,

Ocean Row offers a rare combination of space, privacy, and livability, delivering the feel of a private home within a full-service oceanfront setting. A private residence, a curated retreat, and a fully serviced coastal lifestyle, all seamlessly experienced from one address.
