Successful closing! Congratulations to the beautiful family that gets to call The Treehouse Project home 🏡 Here’s how this deal came together:

Sourced off market through another realtor. With the collaboration of our in house lender .amber_jackson and private capital, we closed within the seller’s timeline.

From there: plans, permits, and full gut renovation . Converted from a 3/1 to a true 3/2. Updated everything from plumbing and electrical to impact windows, new floors, kitchen/baths, and a full interior and exterior paint.

and yes, the Treehouse needed some trees removed. Okay… a lot of trees removed. 🤪
