📈 South Florida real estate continues to show strong momentum heading into the second quarter of 2026.

In Palm Beach County, the median sale price is now around $650K, while the average sale price has climbed 8% — a sign that luxury and higher-priced homes are continuing to drive the market higher.

At the same time, demand remains strong with pending sales up nearly 17%, while inventory keeps tightening. Active listings are down 18.5% and months of supply have dropped 25%, creating continued upward pressure on prices across the region.

These same trends are playing out across Broward and Port St. Lucie as well, especially in high-demand 55+ communities like Riverland and Catalina Palms. And with Valencia Vista preparing to open soon, there’s even more attention shifting toward the Treasure Coast.
