This one hit me right in the heart.

✨ Full Circle Moments in Real Estate ✨
Over five years ago, I had the pleasure of helping a wonderful client find the perfect home for her family in Port Saint Lucie. Fast forward to today — her son, Jesus, and his amazing wife, Iris, remembered the great experience his mom had and reached out to me to help them find their dream home.
Our first attempt seemed promising — we found a home quickly (fun fact: it’s the same one where I accidentally bit into a possibly poisonous fruit 🍃😅 — maybe that should’ve been the sign it wasn’t “the one”). Unfortunately, due to a miscalculation from their previous lender, that deal fell through. My heart broke for them.
But giving up wasn’t an option. We regrouped, connected with a fantastic new lender (if you’re curious who, give me a call — I highly recommend them!), and started fresh. The new numbers narrowed our options, but I knew the right home was still out there.
After touring a few, Jesus and Iris found one they liked and were ready to move forward. But my gut told me there might be something better. I asked,
“Would you trust me to show you one more option — possibly a brand new home with more benefits and warranties?”
Without hesitation, they said yes.
And that “yes” changed everything. 🙌
They ended up getting twice the home — brand new, concrete block construction, warranties up to 10 years, lower insurance, and all within their budget! 🏡
Here they are, standing proudly in front of their stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath + den home, complete with a 3-car garage and .17-acre lot.
I couldn’t be happier for this beautiful couple. I can already imagine the laughter, memories, and milestones that will fill these walls.
