Your 2025 TRIM Notice was mailed on August 21, 2025. Here’s what you need to know about it:
✅ The 2025 Just/Market Values are based on market data from 2024, per Florida law using January 1 as the assessment date.
✅ Your TRIM Notice includes:
Your property’s assessed value for 2025
Any tax-saving exemptions you currently receive
The proposed tax amounts set by various taxing authorities in Palm Beach County
⚠️ Please remember, the Property Appraiser’s Office does NOT set or collect taxes. If you have questions about tax rates, non-ad valorem fees (like fire or waste assessments), or want to participate in budget hearings, contact the taxing authority listed on your notice.
🗓️ If you disagree with your assessed value or exemptions, now is the time to act. The deadline to file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) is September 15, 2025.
